Wishes & More grants David's wish!

David is an 18-year-old amazing and creative young man from Waconia, MN.  You may find him hanging around Uptown, Minneapolis, eating Mexican food, or flying down a ski hill on his snowboard.  David is battling a brain tumor, but that has not stopped him from doing all those things, and pursuing his dream of going to college and earning a degree in film making and producing. 

When David was interviewed by Wishes & More, he did not hesitate to let us know what his wish request was - an Apple IMAC G5 computer, printer, and all of the software necessary for video production.  He was excited to be involved in the selection of all of the special equipment, and joined Wish Wizards, John H. and Carol B. at the Apple Store to pick up the computer and all of the supplies.  Wishes & More worked with Apple Computers to put together an awesome package especially for David.  We also included a desk and chair, which David also was able to choose, along with one year of internet service. 

As part of being a Wishes & More wish recipient, David received a Scholarship of Hope™ to help him pursue his college endeavors.  He has been involved in producing a music video, and will be studying film at the Minneapolis School of Art and Design this fall. 

David has thanked us more than once, and says he is making the most of all the equipment, and that the G5 is great!  Wishes & More is honored to have been able to make this special wish come true for David and wish him the best of luck in pursuing his education goals.
