Brynn is 5 years old, and has Mitochondrial Disease.  Her wish was to have a playground built in her own backyard.  With the help of Wishes & More, family, friends, and the Kasson Fire Department, that wish came true on June 26th.   In less than 6 hours, 17 members of the Kasson Fire Department came out to Brynn’s house and put together the elaborate playground set.  Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, and friends all pitched in to prepare food for this hungry crew.  Brynn and her sister could hardly stand the wait while piece by piece the sections of playground equipment were built and put together.  Wishes & More volunteers, Mick and Darrell were also there to lend a hand.  When all was in place, the fireman hung up the “Brynn’s Playground” sign and a group picture was taken.  And to add to the excitement, the girls were taken on a ride on the fire truck, with lights flashing and the siren’s blaring.   This was one tired little girl by the end of the day, but she wouldn’t give up as she explored each piece of this fabulous playground set that she had wished for.
