Tara & Andy Harrison decided to open up their warms hearts to Wishes & More during their wedding reception. Instead of receiving money from a dollar dance, they felt it would be more rewarding to donate the money they earned to Wishes & More through a “dollar dash”.
The dollar dash is a new concept described by Tara and Andy: ”Guests were encouraged to put their dollars up, knowing all proceeds would go towards fulfilling a child's wish”, says the couple. “Wedding guests were ecstatic! We saw guests waving their bills in the air before time even started! After only one song, we collected over $300 and then rounded up our donation to $400, which is more money than one could ever raise during a dollar dance.”
The couple has always had a special place in their hearts for Disney World. They wanted to spread that magic to a child whose wish is to visit Disney World. Their contribution will help a child’s wish come true. Thank you, Tara and Andy, for your creative inspiration and generous spirits!

Payton was a smiley 5 month old from Brooklyn Center just beginning to sit up and scoot around. On November 17, 2009 her day care provider found her unresponsive. She was immediately taken to Children's Hospital and placed on life support. Sadly, Little Payton had passed away from Cardiac Arrest. The family held a walk in Payton’s Memory on her birthday, May 28, 2010, and presented Wishes & More a check in the amount of $1500 from donations received from family and friends in memory of their precious angel. Thank you to the Tripp family for hosting this memorial walk benefitting Wishes & More!

Terry Gutowski is the proud owner of the U-Bake store in Savage and a committed supporter of Wishes & More. When he opened his store, the first of its kind in MN, he knew that he wanted to share any of his success with an organization that he cared about. He called Wishes & More and stated that he would love to give a percentage of his profits to help support our mission. Now a banner hangs proudly in his store declaring his support for Wishes & More.
To show your support for Terry and Wishes & More, please drop into his store. They offer the country's largest selection of frozen dough for you to take home and bake fresh. They also sell spices, candies, soups, gluten-free foods and much much more.
We are proud to recognize Terry's support and hope you will join us in supporting his business, U-Bake, located in O'Connell Square in Savage, MN. Visit UBake Savage's Website.

Nic and Caela Scharber were married in April. And as they celebrated, they also gave Wishes & More a reason to celebrate. In lieu of wedding favors, Nic and Caela made a donation to Wishes & More.
The Scharbers have shown a great example of a unique way to donate to Wishes & More. While their guests missed out on a "favor," we bet they weren't too upset, knowing that they were doing a much bigger favor to some special kids.
Thank you, Nic and Caela, for this generous donation!
