Wish
Franklin passed away May 3rd at 12 1/2 years old due to complications from his illness of muscular dystrophy. His family called him Frankie but said that he would answer to anything :-) He was a happy young man who loved his family, friends, music and the outdoors. He struggled with many limitations and his family takes comfort in knowing he is "Rejoicing in Paradise." The family will be using the grant to honor him with a marker and to assist in his burial expenses.
