My brave little brother provided for my bone marrow transplant!

After a bone marrow transplant from his younger brother, he spent some time on a cruise with his family!
Wish
Elijah is a big-brother with a rare-genetic disorder called ALD. In February of 2009, doctors also found a lesion on his brain. When treatment for his ALD called for a bone marrow transplant, his little-brother Cyrus stepped up to be his donor. Elijah endured many tests and 12 days of chemotherapy before he and his brother were allowed to undergo a successful bone marrow transplant surgery.
Elijah and Cyrus are now over their one-year post-transplant date and are doing beautifully! The family was able to go to the Bahamas on a Disney Cruise in June and had a blast! Elijah & Cyrus enjoyed snorkeling, riding bikes, swimming, eating & most importantly, enjoying their time together.
