Wish
TJ is a very spirited, outgoing young man. This thirteen year old spitfire has been diagnosed with AML, a form of Leukemia, but remains your average teenage boy. He enjoys cheese pizza, video games, the movie Predator, paint ball and would love to go to the Bahamas.
TJ’s wish ideas consisted of a lot of the typical travel ideas, televisions, or a possible boat. But TJ’s big blue eyes lit up when the idea of the above ground pool came to light. From the moment TJ’s medical authorization was approved the plan went into action. His excitement grew and grew.
After more than two months in the hospital, TJ was released and found himself swimming among more toys than water in his beautiful new pool. TJ and his mother were so grateful they joined us in one of our parades as a thank you to Wishes & More. They told us the pool was great and as TJ got healthier and healthier he was enjoying it every day since it was installed.
